Wanna Laugh Wednesday?

Miles today: 4.05 miles, 60 min yoga, 150 squats
Miles in 2014: 90.32 miles

Work out Wednesday! Today was technically supposed to be a rest day from running, but I had no time to run yesterday and am mixing the training schedule around this weekend. I ran in the morning with my friend Julia and still had time in the afternoon to make it to my Wednesday yoga class. Boom. 

I always try to find humor and an element of fun in training and running races, which is why I am about to share this. The NDN half was such a fun race weekend and us girls took about 200 super cute pictures. 
But they are all about to be outdone.  Every one has crappy race pics, but today I found a new low. Or happiness that I burst out laughing when I saw this, this morning.
Um, do we know who that girl is in my number?? Apparently running makes me simultaneously sad and sleepy. What can I say?
